01From scattered systems to one source of truth.

Six business systems feed one lakehouse. Every night each system's changes are pulled, landed untouched, cleaned and joined, then turned into the metrics behind every report. Click any box to see what it does.

Bronze

What happened

  • Exactly as the source sent it
  • Append-only, never edited
  • Every load is a dated partition
Silver

What's true now

  • One current, typed row per record
  • Customers matched across systems
  • Business rules live here
Gold

What it means

  • Metrics at report grain
  • Revenue, retention, margin, health
  • Traceable back to Bronze

02Pull only what changed. Land it untouched.

Scheduled jobs call each system's API with a watermark, so each run pulls only what changed since the last one. Raw payloads land in the lake and append to Bronze. Reconciliation gates check the load, then Silver and Gold rebuild.
